PetSmart Grooming

I came to PetSmart for my dog's first hair cut. After growing her hair for 6 months . We came for a bath and a hair cut . My dog is a shitzu , hair is what they are about. They shaved off all of her beautiful hair. Now she looks like a Chihuahua. We specifically asked for my beautiful baby to be trimmed and all they did was butcher her. And I still paid the $70 fee. When I think I shouldn't of. .

My miniature schnauzer Casey HATES for his nails to get clipped. I think he had a bad experience with a groomer when he was a pup. Sarah, groomer at Southpark Meadows, did the impossible and clipped his nails! Every time I’d pick him up from a groomer, I would ask if they were able to do his nails, and they would say yes. I just trusted they did, but when I would get home, I’d check and they were not done! Some even left his paw pads untrimmed. Thank you, Sarah! You’re a star!! 🙂

Horrible experience staff was rude there is a fee if you bring your own shampoo also a fee I came late due to traffic I was charge another 10 dollars. I sent a message to corporate I was told to come back and see how they can make it better ? close to $70-80 for a service that was not worth it i will definitely not be coming here again and I’ve been a coming to Petsmart for years if I’m paying extra fees like that I will assure the experience is better and I do recognize being late is not ideal however this doesn’t happen every time. Unfortunate circumstances I will be going local groomers I will also discontinuing the loyal rewards membership

It was easy to schedule an appointment online. The check-in process was a little slow and backed up out the door, but the service itself was great. Was very satisfied with the service my dog got. Jeana was fantastic. My shih Tzu looks adorable, and she was actually able to clip his nails! Which is a feat, because he's a scaredy cat.

Had the best experience at the PetSmart Groomers today. I have been trying every method to clip my dog's nails. She is a rescue who is afraid of everything. When I've tried to clip her nails she would snap. Today, I went to PetSmart to find a muzzle but decided to ask the groomers if they could help. That's when we met Miranda. She told us they don't have muzzles but would try. I was so impressed with how she handled Marley. Not only did she clip her nails but used a Dremel too. She has this incredible talent. Not only was Marley ok she wasn't stressed at all. Miranda is our go to gal and we'll definitely be back.

This has been my go-to for my dog Chico for so long. The one time his groomer Afsaneh was not available, the cut another gave at a different location was enough to never stray again. Kind, friendly and amazing at what she does, Chico always looks so handsome and fresh! I love this location and Chico loves his groomer, Afsaneh!

Worst grooming center ive ever TRIED to use. They only take nail trims on dogs between 12-3pm during the work day and close at 5pm. Then when you do find time to go during the times they offer, they'll turn you away cause your dog is over 40lbs. I try to go every two weeks to get her nails trimmed and they have only been able to do them TWICE in a 3 month period. Now, I'll have to drive 3x further to go to my old location in sunset valley.
