PetSmart Grooming

Added a photo of my dog for reference. I had my dog listed as a miniature schnauzer and purchased a bath and brush which is supposed to be $23 plus tax and add-ons. When I go to the register to pay they informed me it’ll be $60 plus tax. I went back to the groomer, whose name was Sydney to ask why the price had increased over $40 and she said because my dog was not miniature schnauzer but a giant schnauzer. I could understand her saying my dog was a standard sized schnauzer. But a giant? My dog is roughly 25 pounds not only that when I check my dog to see how they did her paw pads didn’t look trimmed. They did not do the sanitary trim that they are supposed to do. I can’t tell if they clean her ears. And they cut her nails almost to the skin. I would never take my dog back here again, it is not Petsmart. It is this location and the employees at this location. Oh, and when I went to tell her that my dog was indeed not a giant schnauzer, she said the best she could do was take off $5. Pathetic and unprofessional, i will never return.

This location deserves 10 stars! They have such great customer service that that know my dogs bark even before seeing her! LOL Luna loves to see her friends at PetSmart! They are always helpful! John is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me everything that I needed for my new fish tank. Adanica is a total sweetheart! Always helpful and loves my Luna. This location actually cares about your pet which means so much. Christina and Becky are knowledgeable and friendly as well. I highly recommend this location for your pets needs!!

My grams and I come here once a month with both of our support animals and Gabby is always perfect with both of them. Zoey is older and had some spinal issues and Gabby is so very gentle with her and zoey is excited to get pampered. Kylie enjoys going as well and before Gabby wouldn't let anyone touch her now she's a pro!

The employees of this store were extremely helpful. I am setting up a new fish tank. They have been great at answering any questions I've had. But what really sent me to adding a review...I got one of the Top Fun bubble/light changing tanks. The bubble/light wand broke before I had even added water. I called the 1-888 number. The lady that I spoke with had absolutely no clue what I needed. I provided the SKU#, description, everything. Her best response was to call the store. I did and spoke to Joseph, who was in charge that day. He asked me to come back and we'd get it fixed. I got there around 45 minutes later. He interrupted his lunch break to get me exactly what I needed and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Amazingly helpful. I will always go back for that kind of service

Grooming is good
