We have been going for over 5 years. She is amazing with the dogs, truly cares and will always get the cut right! Ellie loves to go and I know she is in good hands with Anna. She treats Ellie like her own, it is clean and a safe place- even for nervous dogs! I like that she even makes a cute backdrop and has small details to celebrate holidays; she is such a thoughtful person. Even when we moved 30 min away we will still travel to Anna. She’s amazing! Highly recommend.

Update: Ana provided a Christmas photo for Teddy that I have framed in my house. She truly takes care of Teddy, who has very high anxiety to the point that he has seizures. Not only that, she does a wonderful job— even his paws are perfect and he will barely let me hold them. He always smells wonderful, and I can tell he has a pep in his step after a haircut from here! -2/7/24 We love 🌈🐾!!! A hidden gem. Teddy came home so happy even though he usually hates being groomed. I know they took good care of him while he was there. They are very friendly on the phone, I usually set up my appointments via text which is so easy and they are very responsive!! We have been here at least 3x and will keep coming back!

By far, the most friendly, amazing, and affordable groomer in Austin. I will continue taking my golden retriever here! They do such a Great job with her. She is high energy. I also just want to emphasize how affordable this groomer is! Especially in Austin, where prices are hiked

Ana is amazing. She does a great job on my dogs, but also really cares for my dogs as well. It's not the cheapest groom I've ever paid for, but I think you get what you pay for and it's well worth it! My dogs are super seniors and have very thick and matted fur and tear stains due to being poodle mixes. My oldest had a health issue while he and his sister were separated at the Salon (he was already groomed and it was her turn) and Ana stopped, recognized there was a problem, and immediately took care of my dear Bacon. She bathed him again and soothed him until he felt better. Her training as a Vet Assistant really came in handy that day and I will be a customer for life as a result (although, I make separate appointments for them now!). I’m so happy I stumbled upon Rainbow Paws! The kindness, patience, and quality was so appreciated! When I walked in, the energy and vibe of everyone was so happy and positive! My baby Rambo came back happy and beautiful, they even put a banana on him! (Google won’t let me add a photo- I’ll try later?)

My pet was in pretty bad shape, I recently rescued him and he was severely matted. I was nervous about his first experience traumatizing him; it was the opposite. They took care of him and removed all the matting, they showed me what looked like sheep’s wool afterwards. They even sent me a cute picture like a kindergartner 😂😂🙌🏽🎉 understand that there was no way he was going to come out with a cute cut. When I say this pup came back feel like new, it’s an understatement. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. 👏🏽👏🏽🥰

We have been coming here for over 5 years. They have always treated our dogs with a lot of care and have done a very thorough job. Our dogs can be a lot to handle but they respond so well to them. They also have a vet background and always let us know if something is off with their health. we love it and could not recommend it more!
