Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Westlake

I brought my over four-month-old toy poodle puppy to them. I was nervous at first. It was an amazing experience. Kathy, the owner, greeted me and explained to me how it works with a puppy, and then brought out one of their groomers from the back office to discuss more details. The groomer that came out explained to me in great detail about my puppy's hair and the best ways to get my puppy used to daily grooming. I felt very confident in their ability. They said they could give it a shot and see how he tolerated a test groom, and I said, "Okay, great." My four-month-plus puppy looked great when he came back an hour later, freshly groomed and looking great. The owner is really sweet, and you can tell she's a really great dog person. She loves her business and loves the dogs that she takes care of. The staff in front, groomers, and handlers were all incredibly kind and sweet as well. I'm so glad I found this facility to take care of my puppy "Teddy." Do not hesitate to take your dog here. Everyone I encountered was kind and professional and loves what they do! So grateful to have found my Teddy's groomer!

The franchise owners of thie Westlake location are the best! Their staff is super friendly and so helpful. And if you have a schnauzer or a terrier of any kind, the groomers are always on point. We see Aradia or April for grooming And I love their artistic style. I’ve been a client/customer of this location for the last eight years!

I cannot recommend Woof Gang Westlake enough!! All of the groomers are amazing and the staff is so kind. I have been taking my dog for over a year and I have had nothing but good experiences. She usually sees Mikayla for her haircut but almost all of the groomers have groomed her and I have never been disappointed. They also have a great retail area and my dog goes nuts for their treats. I was even able to special order her food through them, even though they do not carry the specific brand in store, and they let me know when it comes in. If you’re looking for a groomer or just in need of food, treats, or toys, I highly suggest checking out this store.

I took my dog in for his second grooming with Woofgang Westlake. Loved how the same groomer we had last time was ready and waiting for Hank and greeted him as an old friend! It really helped calm my dog down when he was feeling anxious walking in. Grooming a golden doodle is no easy task and although he had some mats and needed a long shave, our groomer was absolutely amazing! He groomed him to look like a doodle with a round, teddy bear face instead of a poodle, as so many other groomers do. They work fast and efficient and the communication is great. I would highly recommend for any dog that needs grooming or just a nice bath, ear cleaning, nail trimming or teeth brushing!

Bar-none, the best grooming our dog has ever, ever had! Y’all, we just moved to town with our six-year-old Pomeranian (who’s had many a pro haircut in her life), and are just DELIGHTED by how adorable and plush she looks after her time at Woof Gang. My kids and I shrieked and clapped when we saw her, honestly, and she is currently prancing, wiggling and showing off like you wouldn’t believe. I think a woman named Kendra handled things today, but please correct me if I’m wrong. What a wonderful, knowledgeable, skillful artist she is. Wow!

Ive brought my dog a couple times to get groomed and he has come back looking amazing! They take really good care of him, and treat him kindly. I’m kind of particular when it comes to my dogs fur and they accommodate my every need! Grooming prices vary on the size of your dog but I think that’s standard for any grooming place. It’s very affordable to me. Their grooming packages take care of my dog’s every need! Their products are reasonably priced as well!

Came here to get some treats (hopefully made locally) for my pups’ birthday. The store had a nice vibe and merchandise was nicely displayed. However, I came away disappointed because all the holiday and birthday treats were not sourced locally, and staff did not know where these items were from, but were not local. I really did not want to give these hard, old, stale treats to my dog. The prices were outrageously high without adding any additional value.
