DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL TO THIS PLACE!!I. I have a minnie dwarf chihuahua that doesn't even weigh one pound, literally. My wife made the mistake of taking Gizmo there to get her nails cut. When Hazel started clipping her nails, Hazel was EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE AND MEAN TO MY DOG, She was unnecessarily rough with my little dog by squeezing her little paws while yelling in her little face. ^NO, NO, NOW YOU HOLD STILL!^ when my wife attempted to intervene Hazel told her not to baby her. Then she proceeded to clip Gizmos toe off! PART OF GIZMOS PAD IS MISSING OFF OF HER PAW! The dog cried out and Hazel told my wife to calm down that the dog was just acting out because she didn't want her nails cut!! After it was all said and done Hazel was SNEAKILY TRYING TO STOP THE BLEEDING BUT COULDN'T THERE WAS TOO MUCH OF IT! Her hand was full of blood. My wife grabbed Gizmo, paid her and left. For the next week or so Gizmo hoped around and didn't use her foot to walk AT ALL. This is the second post that we're have put on here. The other review has disappeared. My wife and I both have pics of Gizmo and a video on our face book pages of you want to see that I'm not exaggerating, if any thing is worse than this. My dog is almost two years old and she has never had a problem before at the groom'ers. I usually take her to Moo doggies on Roberts Lane. They treat her great and do a good job, plus she leaves with all of her toes!
