PetSmart Grooming

I ran out of dog food for my dog, usually order on line, not from this co., get a better deal with another. I night a couple of cans of food. Good up one can which was not what I needed. Had to return it and that's when I noticed, they were expired! Since 9/3/2025. Had to bring it to the store managers attention, who pulled the cans of the shelf. Asked her if she could call other petsmart and see if they had it in stock. She seemed put out! She called one other store just to tell me,"no answer". Never again. Check the dates on your dog food before purchasing because'they", obviously do not.

Ronnie was so sweet helping us pick a turtle tank ! Best customer service Ronnie deserves a raise for the great customer service !

Worst ever. I signed up for spring special plus. Check my pup in left. Went back to ask if they have all that’s promised in her service…NOPE they didn’t have half of the stuff, so changed my service to luxury SAME AMOUNT AS THE SPECIAL PLUS. They weren’t going to use the upgraded shampoo, so I volunteered to buy it in the store and let them use it in her wash. They could do the FOR a $10 Fee! It took 4 hrs and I had to fix the worst cut I’ve ever experienced! The left side of her face was 1/2" longer than the right, the ears were off, and there’s a gouge at the bottom of her ear toward the forehead. THE GROOMER DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON HER BODY CUT! The only redeeming part of the whole ordeal!

They did a great job on my little Sissy, and the girls are really nice that do the grooming.

Good.

Worst grooming of yorkie that I have ever seen. Will not go back here again.
