Jenna is the best! My goldendoodle, Lucy, has been seeing her every month for over 3 years and she always does an amazing job. Lucy comes out soft, smelling great, and looking extra adorable with the bows or feathers Jenna adds for a special touch. She truly cares and makes every visit a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
Have been taking my dog for grooming at Petco on Siegen for a while now and Jenna is a saint! She loves the pups and is always attentive. If she notices something that could be an issue such as a skin irritation--she points it out to make sure we know. Our pet is very nervous normally but he loves her too.
Jenna is excellent. Great with the animals and truly loves grooming. I would not be at Petco without Jenna
I appreciate Jenna for her patience and kindness with Hugo! My Shi tzu has been traumatized by other groomers and have trust issues. He may give her a hard time but she never gave up on him! For that, I am truly grateful! I highly recommend Jenna! She is the best I have ever met!❤️🐾🐾🐾
Jena is great. Has been grooming Jacques for several years. I think price is too high. Don’t like all the add ons. That should be included in grooming.
Shampoo used this last time does not smell at all good. Smells musty or has like a stale scent to my dog. Also for $95 dollars didnt seem to be as good of a deal as before when it was 75 and that 20 increase I dont see it when thats its 21% increase when already paying for the supplies.
Jasmine did an awesome job on my pup, Clancy. I was very pleased and have already scheduled Clancy’s next grooming appointment with her.
