RR Fluffytale Pet Grooming/Boarding/Training

Thanks to the wonderful owner and the kind staff, I found a truly amazing spa. Both of my babies feel comfortable here and always come home looking beautiful after their treatments. They were absolutely thrilled at the Halloween event, and seeing so many familiar faces among their friends made them genuinely happy. For my dog’s birthday, I ordered an adorable cake. It was a preservative-free cake made by a nutritionist, and it’s even safe for humans to eat. Seeing their joyful faces made me so happy. My dogs get so excited and jump into the car whenever she comes to pick them up. When I travel for extended periods, I trust her completely with their overnight stays because it’s a place where they feel safe and relaxed. Despite her busy schedule, the owner always accommodates my plans, even considering my flight times so I can spend as much time with them as possible before I leave. She also carefully arranges their pick-up times. (They’re overjoyed to go to her house—it’s me who feels lonely!) The owner is truly full of love. Thank you so much for always supporting us.

My dogs are not very cooperative when it comes to bathing, and nail trimming is usually almost impossible. The groomers here were incredibly patient, calm, and gentle with them. They handled everything so professionally and made my dogs feel comfortable throughout the process. I was really impressed with how well they managed, and my dogs came out clean, well-groomed, and stress-free. I’m so happy I found this place and will definitely be coming back!

RR Fluffy tale is a gem. I just moved to the area recently and was looking for a self wash station closer to home. There are 3 stations and they each provide privacy which is great for nervous/anxious dogs like my own. I wish I got his name but the man who helped me was so incredibly kind and patient. My dog was very nervous but he was very understanding and showed experience with dogs like this which I really appreciated. He helped me set up the station and made the whole experience much more comfortable for Leo and I. Supplies like shampoo, towels and brushes were provided. I also really like that the tub is easy to get into. Some tubs are higher and my dog has struggled to get in them because he needs a step.. but he was able to get in and out without issues. They also have really cute clothing and toys and accessories! And they were so kind and gave Leo a toy which was really sweet and meant a lot. Looking forward to coming back and I would recommend this location to all pet parents!!

New self washing stations, grooming and boarding place in Queens. Self washing: There is 4 stations available. All about the same size (Big enough for the big doggies). I washed my husky and it was spacious enough. If it is your first time, I recommend letting the staff know, so they can help guide you. There is an apron hung on the hook and in the cart on the side it is filled with all the items you’ll need (towels and 3 different combs). After washing, combing, and drying, you can use the automated dryer and try to blow all the fur out! Side note on the aesthetics -It’s a cute shop. I like how blue this place is. My Fendi felt so comfortable and at home with Fluffytale! Everything was very clean and their self wash was very efficient, providing us with all the tools we needed to get her clean and keep myself clean in the process as well. The staff was so very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be going back soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a lovely pet grooming place! 🐾 The groomer was incredibly patient and gentle, my baby felt totally relaxed. Clean environment, full of love for pets, and my fur baby came out smelling amazing. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. From the moment we walked in, they made my two cats feel completely comfortable as if they were at home. The space is spotless, and very welcoming, you can tell they truly care about cleanliness and comfort. The groomers are absolute professionals. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and even offered helpful suggestions based on my pet’s coat type. When I came back to pick up my cats their coats were soft, shiny, perfectly trimmed, and smelling fresh! What really stands out is the love and patience they show every animal. If you’re looking for a place that combines top-notch grooming skills with genuine compassion and care, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my furry family member. Highly, highly recommend!
