They trimmed my poor cat nails to quickly and hit the paw split nail. Cut into paw with clippers. Right paw swelled up like a balloon and became infected so a 20 dollar nail cut cost me $354.00 dollars at the vet yesterday to treat infection etc and Im highly upset. Rediculous. Would not recommend this bussiness at all. She should have been more careful instead of rushing through the nail cut. 'I'm using a mobile groomer from now on in area. Fyi photo taken and injuries verified by vet it was cats shreded nail etc at vets office.
Can’t say enough about the love and care our cat Luna receives when she is getting groomed. Meticulous styling and Luna loves it there. It’s hard to find a place that does such a great job with cats. This is the place!
My dog hates getting his nails trimmed and in general is nervous around new people and places. He absolutely loves it here and excitingly rushes to the door. There is something special in the energy of this groomer and we highly recommend it. Even after moving, we drive the extra 30 mins to take him here.
This was the 1st time taking our polydactyl cat to have her nails trimmed by a groomer. We normally have it done at the vet, but it required us giving medication the night before and 1/2 hour prior to the appointment, as she does not like having her paws touched. She does not do good with the medication and all the noise at the vets office, they never get all her nails. Her nails grow faster than my other cats, and this process always traumatized her when she got home. She would run and hide for the rest of the day. I decided to try Grateful dog Pet Salon, THANK YOU!!!!! It took 5 minutes, she came home and didn't hide! She is fine and gulping down tuna as a reward! Thank you, Thank you, and Thank you!!!
I will definitely be returning. They were amazing with my pup! She smelt so good after her grooming! Best groomers around!
The best! I have two bigger dogs, one who hates being groomed, and they handle them amazing here. The staff is so kind!
