Our girl, Athena, absolutely loves her groomer, Gillian. She takes such good care of her and it is comforting to see that she loves animals! I won’t bring Athena anywhere else.
PETCO always does a wonderful job of grooming my dog Ruby. I like that they always get her in and out in a timely manner. The groomers and staff and always very friendly and make me feel comfortable leaving Ruby with them. I would highly recommend PETCO to my friends and family.
I love taking my pet to Petco for his grooming. He always gets great service,comes back looking so handsome. I love the groomer that does his hair. Ms. Gillian does an amazing job and will treat your pet as if it were her own. Always makes them fill comfortable and at ease
My baby got his first haircut, and I can tell that he cried the whole time. I specifically stated that if he did not do well, just stop. And I would pick him up, as is. That didn't happen, and his haircut was horrible. I would never bring him back to Petco.

Gillian was very good with explaining things to my husband and they also called me at home to make sure my toy poodle was just the way I wanted! She looked so beautiful and I was very happy with how Gillian explained to us how she behaves and what we hope to improve on in the future!
My Standard Goldendoodle 8 month old puppy was brought in by my sister. His grooming began at 0900. By 0904, I received a text saying his appointment was cancelled. He has terrible anxiety. We informed the lady that he has anxiety and does not trust everyone. He will not let you just grab him and start the grooming. He has to warm up to you, get to know you. Instead this person grabs him and he snapped back in self defense. The lady immediately cancels the appointment. No grooming. I recommend a more experienced, preferably primarily grooming/boarding for your fur babies.
