I cannot write enough good about her! She groomed our boarder collie and made her BEAUTIFUL not to mention she put the cutest little bows on her ears! My girl has never looked more beautiful! Thank you so much!
I would always come here to get my cat groomed for over 3 years & I’ve never had good customer service experience. The main lady aina, that works there has always been rude and cuts me off but I’ve always given her chances because it’s the closest grooming to my home. I’ve always hesitated to leave a review but now I’m at my final straw because of a family emergency I couldn’t make it to my appointment so when I tried to make another appointment she will not accept my cat anymore. . I don’t recommend anyone doing services with her unless you’re okay with someone giving you bad customer service and are not open to giving their own loyal clients chances.

Absolutely the best groomer around and has been for the 30+ years I have known her. She is so patient and knows what she's doing. You can trust that your pet is in safe hands while there. Highly recommend.

Aina groomed our two angora bunnies today! We rescued them a couple months ago and they were so badly matted with tons of bedding stuck all throughout their hair. I have been trying to get them brushed out and cut some of the mats out as best as I could, but of course I do not have that skill. I am so thankful I finally decided to get them professionally groomed! Aina was the only groomer I could find that would groom rabbits (which happened to be a blessing because she is so wonderful). I was quite nervous for them because they are still pretty young and skittish, but Aina did GREAT! She even recommended that I bring them in for an early appointment so there wouldn’t be any other animals there to scare them more. She was so patient with them and handled them well! She even gave me some pointers on how hold them to be able to brush difficult areas and to prevent them from getting matted. Thank you so much Aina!! CoCo
I LOVE the way she treats all of my babies! She's so kind and patient with them and talks to them to help keep them calm. I've trusted her with my pets for yrs now. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
