Pawbillion

I drove here from the other city because I met a gorgeous dog the other day in fremont. Her owner sent me here and I had just lost my long time groomer. My dogs went all summer growing out a v short cut I didn’t like and I came in with what I thought were high expectations and this groomer (forgive me, Denice? Orange and green hair) this groomer FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. The cuts they gave my babies were so beautiful I teared up a little. I cant stop looking at them!

We have been coming here for 5+ years, and last couple driving from Monroe. I haven't found the same level of service and experience for my pups. I remember Luna's (my energetic lab pup) - first experience- wow, she smelled like a princess and her fur was so soft. Her experience here 150% improvement of other places we been. Min's energy is always welcoming. She loves Luna - she always greets her as if she was a human client and accepts her energetic nature as she. Over the years I brought my fiancé beagle (Boo) and labradoodle (Elphie) -and Pawbillions became their monthly doggy spa ritual. All 3 so soft and smelling like flowers. We would take photos of the three so pretty with bows in their fur. Now we bring Luna and Lyla - our new aussie doodle. Their doggy spa ritual continues and happy to have found Pawbillions.

If I could give more stars I would!! This was my rescue dog's potentially first professional groom, so I was nervous how he would behave. Paloma was sooo friendly and kind, and she made me feel completely at ease about the whole process. The Pawbillion shop is nice and clean, the environment is friendly and air conditioned (so good during a heat wave!). When I went to pick up my dog, Paloma patiently gave me a detailed summary of how everything went and gave me tips on what I can do to further desensitise my dog at home. I immediately booked my next appointment with her because 1) Buster looks so clean and smells so good after the groom, but more importantly 2) I really trust Paloma. My only regret is I didn't tip enough 🙁 Paloma, if you see this, can I get your Venmo? I'm serious!

My corgi, Bambi has been been going here for almost a year now. Cheryl and Paloma are Bambi’s favorite groomers. They take real good care of her and always make her look extra cute with her little Bows. Definitely recommend this place!!

We love Pawbillion - they do an amazing job on our two pups, Hamilton & Rory, and they love it there as well. Super kind, amazing customer service, and the best groomers in the Seattle/Bellevue area. We would not think of going anywhere else!

I was wanting to find a groomer who cut in the style I like and read reviews that it was great and that Min was the best. Honestly, I probably should have requested Min but I did not think about this at the time. I had a bad feeling as soon as I dropped off my dog. The lady seem unsure of her skills and that definitely made me worry. 3 hours later I got my dog with a uneven choppy hair cut. She also didn't touch her ears. She said I tried to cut it in a circle. Honestly, I was in such shock. Processing everything, I didn't understand why it was so terrible especially when reviews were great. If you didn't think that you couldn't do it, then please express that and do not attempt it all. I would have rather have had it trimmed regularly than to fail miserably. Also two nails on her front paws were not trimmed.Very disappointed and I will definitely not be coming back.

Fantastic, they are very good at their craft. I drive from Renton for them, it's totally worth it. Small operation with a lot of heart.
