Love Kim's, the groomers aim to please. My little old man's grooming experience is the works. He gets a bath, cut, and nails trimmed. They did a great job working around/with Boo's disability. Be vocal about what you want or don't want and they will listen.

Great place to get your dog done. Sadly Kim's grooming salon is no longer open due to the owner ,Kim, who passed away on July 20,2020 It is really sad it was an excellent place to get your dog or cats groomed and many of Kim's loyal customers miss her very much. I don't think you can find a place like how Kim's place was. Kim was a professional groomer for over 25 yrs and one of the most kind and generous people you could have hoped to have know. R.I.P. Kim you are greatly missed.

I've seen a change in staff. Definitely for the better! Cost is affordable and you're welcome to stick around and watch the magic happen. Kim has fixed her parking lot, so her customers can park with ease. I highly recommend this place. Mainly because my pup 🐕 approves, and so do I ☺👍👍

Kim is the best! She gives each client her undivided attention. No animal is stuck in a crate waiting his/her turn. My dog is in and out in an hour. That is very important for my aging fur baby. So happy to have found Kim!

I was one of Kim’s first customers when she first opened. Unfortunately with Kim being sick her hands are tied a little. She has had to hire a nasty person to groom the pets. This person began to yell at me because she did not want to groom my dog. I asked her what the issue is with grooming my dog. She said the only issue is you and you can take your dog and leave if you do not like it.It was my dogs first grooming and she was very nervous and the groomer came out from the back and began to roughly feel my dog’s coat making my dog even more nervous. I will not go into more details but beware of the new groomer she gave us the worst customer service experience we have ever had. The sad part is I have recommended 20-25 friends here. Prepare to lose all of them.

I absolutely love taking my pups here. I found her by accident when I needed emergency grooming and my usual groomer was on vacation. I don't think I'll ever go back because of how Kim treats my pups. She blocks out her time in two hour chunks and only takes a few clients during each chunk. That means my dogs are not gone all day long AND she let's them roam around as long as they're well behaved instead of being cramped in a cage.

Unfortunately there is no option to select no stars. This is the most unprofessional pet salon I have tried going to. My first hint should have been the lady who answered could not properly speak over the phone. She scheduled me an appointment. She called back and rescheduled it for later. I get there and she rudely tells me my appointment was for the original time we agreed on. I told her, no you called back and changed it. She then said she doesn't recall ever changing it. This all happened within a four hour period any person who can run a business should be able to manage scheduling an appointment with no trouble. I'm glad now my dogs didn't get their hair done there I can't imagine how it would have turned out. Oh well money lost for her.
