This is by far my most favorite place to get my dog groomed. They do everything at such an affordable price, and my dog always comes back glowing. To top it off, they always add a cute accessory that makes my dog shine. The staff are super friendly and professional as well. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Im not crazy about the layout of the shop, there isn't a sitting area to wait in. Not very welcoming. I found it a bit shady that they take the dogs all the way to the back where you can't see anything. Maybe not all groomers have an open layout? But its a decent place if you're on a budget. Not happy that they seemed unorganized when checking for my appointment. I had called hours before to see if they can take in my dog the same day. When I arrived they couldnt find my appointment in their book, it was as if the associate on the phone didnt even put me down. I got a call at 5:30 telling me he was about ready to get picked up and that they close at 5pm (yeah, he said that). I had told them how I wanted his haircut. Overall short but I wanted the neck area a bit long and look like a lion mane. Yeah, they just shaved the whole thing and had a choppy hairline. Im not furious, its only hair but its a bit disappointing that they didn't listen to me. So be VERY clear with them if you want something specific. When I got my dog back he didnt seem traumatized or showed that he was handled badly so Ill give them another try. They charge $37 for most small dogs.

I've been taking my morkie here for a while and i always love how my dog looks. Ive taken him to different places and nothing compares to it. And its such a fast service i hated leaving my dog for 3+ hours at other groomers. I highly recommend this place!

Went in for a cut. Got the "summer cut". Which is the shortest. Got my dog home and he had a tick on his eyebrow. I had to properly remove it and my poor dog had a sore for a week and all this after they raised the prices. Im sure they will claim it was there before but given the shortness of the cut it’s not possible.

Been going for over a year now. Love going there and our dog feels comfortable since she is very shy. The staff is great and very curteous and responsive.

Bad costumer service, the grooming services are okay. Been there 3 times in less than a year and everytime he charges more and more started at $45 for a medium puppy then $55 now $60 for the same dog/ services. It’s not just the suddenly overprice without notice but his attitude what made me not want to go back with them. Super rude and unprofessional he doesn’t listen, he doesn’t give you the chance to say a word he talks without letting you say a thing and then he goes inside with your pet and he leaves you there. This is exactly my experience there all my visits. Last time he told me a pickup time and then later he texted another time and it was earlier than said and it’s super inconvenient

I’ve brought my dog here for two years, she has high anxiety when she leaves the house but I always have a good experience when I drop her off. She comes out happy too, makes me feel relieved cause I know she was well taken care of. I always love how her haircuts turnout as well! Great service!
