DOGSPA

Great Spa I brought my German Shepherd Malamute Mix for grooming she was stinky! She is well behaved but I guess she did a little running around the place and opened a few doors on her own! They were very nice and explained how silly she was and that she had everyone chasing her. After her deshed and bath she felt and smelt like a whole new dog. I honestly didn't realize how badly matted her fur was by the skin until after her spa treatment it's much easier now to check her for ticks and I can actually feel her skin when I'm scratching her before it felt like unbearable layers of deep fuzz. My dog was very Happy she feels and smells amazing now definitely going again and more often it made a huge difference with her coat and she doesn't shed as badly!

The dogspa is a very friendly clean and pleasant experience to bring your pets to get groomed. My boy Cody who's in a wheelchair is treated with respect and dignity and with kids gloves every time he goes when we leave there he practically prances in his wheelchair you can't go wrong going here and the prices are competitive and reasonable

Very friendly, and good prices. The owner is a wonderful, extremely hard working woman and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. Won't take any of my pets anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We have a husky who is a rescue and hates cages (gets anxious and yells). He had been going to DOGSPA for 6 years twice a year (double coat). When we call we ask what is the best time to bring him in, and always say we will pick him right up. We got a call at 10:30a (drop off was 8a) on 12/1 to get him as he was acting up. My spouse was already out the door to get him but I asked why, and if there are new staff or changes. Someone in the background said "he’s always like this". I know he’s dramatic and has anxiety but this is the 1st time in 6 years we’ve heard this (usually everyone is so kind) we THOUGHT he was doing good at this place/understood him, and before this no one mentioned otherwise. My husband arrived and he was charged over what we usually pay, but the staff did rectify this and didn’t charge us since he was wet and smelled like wet dog. We have moved on after being customers for 6 years and all things considered. Something changed at DOGSPA; the attitude didn’t sit well with us. I didn’t want to chance bringing him back since I can’t see what’s going on and after some thought I felt an urge to share our experience.

I recently took my dogs to DOGSPA for the first time, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The staff was friendly and professional, making my pups feel comfortable right away. Both dogs came back perfectly groomed, clean, and looking their best. The attention to detail was evident, from the cut to the overall care. I’m thrilled with the results and will definitely be bringing them back for future grooming sessions. Highly recommend!

This place is the best! They set the standard in customer service and are so lovely to the dogs. I trust them as much as my family or more with our dog. Auggie loves coming here and they’ve helped my 11 year old dog with pretty sensitive skin to improve so much over the years. I come here every 3-4 weeks cuz our lab retriever loves it so much. Same staff, same owners. This is one of the most well run small businesses I’ve ever worked with and would recommend to all.
