While visiting my sister from out of state, I took my dog into the Billings Heights location for a wash, haircut, nails trimmed and teeth brush. I have no idea if they brushed her teeth, but her schnauzer cut resulted in only half the hair being cut. It was like they drew a line down her chest and belly and only cut the hair on the left side of her body. Her nails were not trimmed at all. I had to take my brother-in-law's mustache trimmer to kind of even her up. I dropped her off at 3 p.m. and didn't get the message to pick her up until almost 7, which is closing time. It takes 20 minutes to get into town. Thankfully, I had the smarts enough to start into town before I got the message. My sister warned me not to use Billings Pet Smart. I should have listened. I didn't notice the bad job until the next morning when we were preparing to leave the area. I definitely won't use them again.
I am having alot of trouble getting to salon stuff really making it hard
Dog came out looking like a million bucks.
