Took my German Shepherd to get groomed there. He is pretty well behave dog, towards people and other dogs. About 45 minutes later I got a call he was "ready" they said he didn’t do well with the dryer so he’s wet….. they also called my significant other and told him a completely different story. Not sure what actually happened. I don’t think we will ever be going back. I’m sure they are good with small dogs, but doesn’t seem like they are good with big dogs.
Took 2 dogs in for a bath and grooming. By the time I drove 10 minutes home, I had a call to come pick them up. They were done. They didn't smell fresh, and they were still shedding like they hadn't been brushed. I called to speak with the manager, and I was put on hold and left hanging. I've been going there for years, but I won't be back.
