Scenthound Mountain Brook

This was Bobby’s first visit and he looks amazing!!! So soft and fluffy and they cleaned his ears so well! Bobby gets anxious at the groomers but he loved his groomer today! Well definitely be returning!

Everyone is so welcoming. They treated my fur baby like she was their own. She has dar nails that I can’t trim and they take care of that as well as her ears.They’ve been right on time and my girl Always smells amazing after her "spa" day. I’ve got the monthly membership. It’s great!

I think that there is great room for improvement in the way they offer services. It is a great concept, but at the end of the day, there are so many holes in necessary areas of care of customer service that lack. The app is very moderate in the usability, the appointment times sometimes will offer minimum availability options, the price of the grooming and some add on options are a little ridiculous, and the dog grooming in general is extremely subpar. Overall, just very okay services.

My puppy (Tink Tink) had a horrible experience with her 1st "mobile" groomer. Brought her here and gave them pictures of what I wanted her to look like - and they nailed it!! She is so frickin adorable now! Thank you so much!! Loved this place ❤️

Amazing!!! I was SO nervous to take my dog Jake to a groomer, but chose Scenthound after searching for area for the best groomer and they proved themselves great! He is not the best with other dogs & they made sure he never came into contact with other dogs. They were very cautious with other skin issues he has. He smells great & looks so sharp! They did everything I asked for a great price. Highly recommend the anti-shedding for your dog (especially a corgi!). He left so happy! Will be coming back monthly. So thankful!!!!

how I dropped my dog off vs how I picked her up. absolutely horrible. groomer rubbed her down before I left & said she was matted around her tail. seems there was no attempt to brush, just straight to shaving. no mention of any other area being matted before I left. did NOT call to inform me that I would pick her up BALD! This is the second time this has happened. I am VERY disappointed. Y'all suck!!!!

My experience at Scenthound Mt. Brook could not have been more pleasant. The greeting and care given to my puppy was the best I have found. The staff was exceptional and you could tell they really cared about you and puppy. P.S. The best haircut and total care my maltipoo has had in a long time. Thanks Scenthound!
