Mobile Paw Spa

We had our lil 11yr old Lhasa Apso Pomeranian groomed in our home by Connie. She was super friendly and understand of our pooches heart issues. His haircut looks great and she did a neat and tidy job in the house!

We have 4 smaller poodles. We had the groomer in our home for the grooming. She was fantastic with our dogs. The dogs were totally comfortable with her. And the dogs looked fantastic! It is worth every penny. We have found a new groomer! We had a hard time finding a groomer that didn't leave us feeling like they weren't the best to our dogs when we weren't there. We also did not get a good recommendation on just about any groomer in our city. Out of desperation we decided to give the Mobile Paw Spa a try. I am so glad we did and I highly recommend the groomer we had.

This is the first review I have ever written and it comes a year and a half after the last correspondence I have had with this company. I was excited about the convenience of having Mobile Paw Spaw come to my home and groom my dog and for a couple of months I was very happy with the results. I have a standard poodle and she was still a pup when they started with her. I was told that the price would go up (not told specifically how much) as she got bigger and I understood that. My dog is on the smaller side and only weighs 45 lbs full grown. The last cut she received I was charged $140. That is double the price I had been paying. Again, I realized I would have to pay more but I figured 20-30 dollars more. When I inquired about the bill I got a very rude and patronizing text back where she stated, "Since you don't get it, I will spell it out for you!" She went on to say how it takes 2 groomers 2.5 hours to groom my dog. I paid my bill and never contacted them again. Since then, I have found a wonderful mobile groomer who has never charged me more than $70. I have wanted to write this review for the last year as I was so disgusted with the way that I was treated as a customer. I can appreciate and respect the price increase and even the rational behind it, but I do not deserve to be treated so rudely. Had I been treated with more respect I may have chosen to stay with Mobile Paw Spaw given the ridiculous price increase. In hindsight, it worked out as I am very happy with my new groomer and she treats me and my dog fairly and professionally.
