Poor communication and no follow-through We contacted this groomer excited to book our dog’s first professional grooming. After being instructed to text instead of call, we spent nearly two hours answering detailed intake questions, explaining our dog’s grooming history, confirming there was no matting, sending photos, and providing very clear grooming instructions. After all of that, the conversation abruptly stopped. No response, no follow-up, no explanation — we were completely ghosted. If a business is too busy or not taking new clients, that’s understandable. But disappearing after extended communication is unprofessional. When you’re trusting someone with a pet, reliability and basic communication matter. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Harley & the crew at Just Fur Dogs are amazing. Zeke (my dog) always looks amazing, & they are patient with him even when he's being stubborn. Would definitely recommend them.

Great groomers! I’ve been taking my dogs there for 5+ years. They do a great job on my schnauzers and have patience with my old man border collie mix who doesn’t like bath time. They always come home smelling good and I know my girl with anxiety appreciates not having to be gone all day.

This place makes me so happy! Harley is so easy going and our dog loves her. Plus, she does a great job making our dog look and smell beautiful. It’s always fun to see how playful and happy our dog is at pickup time. Best of all, with an appointment, there’s no early morning drop off and need to leave your precious pup all day! No worries! A phone call when the pup is ready and that’s it. I highly recommend Just Fur Dogs to all my neighbors and friends with fur babies.
