MVP Grooming

I am very, very happy with my dog’s grooming from yesterday! They truly did not cut any corners. I’ve tried a few other groomers before coming to MVP Grooming, and this place has definitely done the best job.

Sweet Sheri and Team are the most amazing, compassionate people who happen to be dog groomers. Other groomers wanted to sedate our Augie Moe as he was easily distracted and had some other health issues. The MVP Team had no problem working with him and in fact he loved going every 4 or 5 weeks. We just lost lost Augie but I will remain friends for life with this amazing Team. Please give them a try, they are truly amazing!!!!

Love this grooming salon! They do a great job, they are fast and they do not overcharge like other places in the area. Our Cavapoo, Charlie always looks cute and isn’t stressed out about going. Highly recommend!

Best grooming place in the area. The owner and staff are friendly and experienced. Mona at the front desk is a delight. Desiree always takes the time to pamper her fluffy clients. My Mochi sends you 🥰 😘 Desiree.

Omg! Daisy Girl came out beautiful and so happy! She was shaking with her anxiety upon arrival but was literally so happy and calm when I picked her up! Thank you April🐾💕

This is the 2nd and last time we had a negative experience at this place. Waited 2 years to come back out of necessity. The first time they groomed our cat she appeared to have been bathed and dried at best. Hair was not trimmed at all. We paid $90 at that time. With a big tip before realizing when she got home. This is significantly more than other groomers but there’s not many cat groomers out there so it’s easy to take advantage of the customers. Most recently, they were booked out with dog grooming appts (they have very limited availability for cats as it is) so we waited several weeks for the appointment. Several days before, they moved the appointment due to their groomer being unavailable. We knew it was not a convenient day but we made it work. They insisted the appointment was in the morning which I did not agree to, knowing the day was packed for us. They offered another appointment 2 weeks later. We try our best to support small businesses & reluctantly share this review only because I wish someone had warned us. I did not leave a review the first time. Needless to say we will not be back.

They never answer the phone. Sherri (the owner) has a terrible attitude whenever you do get a hold of them. My dog’s hair is never cut the same way twice. I never know what quality to expect. Prices were raised without warning. It’s very worrisome how she doesn’t value customers and their loyalty/money spent. I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggest everyone do the same!
