Studio K-9

Studio K9 helped my boy Jack with a nail trim and paw pad trim. He was a bit nervous and had never seen electric clippers before. Lindsay was patient and helped him feel at ease with the process. The salon is super clean and well organized. So many quality and unique treat options inside!

Lindsay was awesome! She did a fantastic job with Louis our Australian Shepherd. She was totally familiar with his double-coat and did a great job trimming him up and deshedding but not taking too much off. This was Louis' first time with a groomer too and he did a great job which means he was able to be calm and comfortable in the environment. We will definitely be back!

They did a great job with my doodle! He can be a little picky especially with around his nose, but they gave him the perfect cut! Very friendly staff. And they had the cutest dog cookies! 🐟

I’ve been bringing my mini Goldendoodle, Benji, here for about four years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with him. They always take great care of him, make sure he’s comfortable, and he leaves looking amazing every time.

RUDE - You lost a dedicated customer today. We have been coming to you for over 2 years. The last time I was scolded for being 10m late picking up my dog (we had a medical emergency, you graciously waived the fee and I tipped you well more than the fee would have been, yet you continued to scold me). Against my better judgement but because I believe in second chances, I made an appt for 10am today. I arrived 8 minutes early and rang your side door doorbell - repeatedly, knocked - repeatedly, and though I know you both could hear me and see me (it’s a Ring doorbell) with a dog in my arms, a dog you’ve been grooming for YEARS, you did not answer. Your staff advised me when I asked if you heard me at your side door that you "don’t open the door before the mall opens unless it’s an early appt". But your sign out front clearly says "drop-offs before mall hours please use side door" and with a dog in my arms, you could easily assume I’m not there for unrelated business. I’ve absolutely had it with the rudeness and continued lack of professionalism. Grooming is a luxury service and I’d rather drive an hour somewhere else than to be treated so poorly again. All you had to do was open the door for me.

We had a great first grooming appt today with Lindsey!!! Our mini goldendoodle looks absolutely amazing and she was so happy when she was done! She is usually is out of it for a few hours after being groomed at another place so this was a surprise for us. This makes us so happy and we will definitely return!! Their treats and toys are amazing too! Thank you so much for taking amazing care of her!

Absolutely wonderful staff and business. My father passed away two years ago and we inherited his two dogs…a 100 Ib Akita and a 128 Ib German Shepherd. They have been through tremendous change and tribulation…as have we. The owner and staff at Studio K-9 are kind, conscientious and provide a wonderful service. Besides my father’s dogs, I have owned dogs all my life (I’m 50 yrs old). By far the best dog grooming service ever experienced. Highly recommend!
