Grooming by Rhonda

Rhonda did an amazing job grooming my very large pyredoodle. Het rates were very affordable and it’s the best groom we have ever had. We will be regulars for sure!

I thought my west highland terries were groomed with out incident. I overlooked that thier ears were totally wrong. But then I discovered an abrasion and bruising on my one of my dogs neck and nick. She shaved my dogs neck to the skin. Why??? That is not a proper westie cut. Someone with integrity would point these things out before you left thier shop. You get what you pay for. Beware!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS DOG GROOMING business. I just picked up my 11 year old dog, after being there for 4 hours after her appointment time and she hadn’t been touched. They didn’t call, text, or even apologize when I showed up to see what was going on. Of course I tried calling, no response. I love my dog too much to ever get her within a mile of this place.

Rhonda groomed my dog on August 18, 2023. He wound up with razor burn at the base of his tail, and she cut the fur between his paw pads so short that he is still licking his paws 2 weeks later. A week after the grooming I had to take him to the vet because of the razor burn, which required ointment twice daily and he had to wear a cone for a week. I messaged her about all this and didn't get any kind of acknowledgment or apology. I'm really disappointed and we definitely won't be back.

A perfect place to take your pup!! This is somewhat lengthy, but I wanted to share the details of my experience with Rhonda. My "baby" is 14 years old, 80 pounds and getting weaker in the back end (he can't stand for long periods of time) due to a procedure he had when he was a pup - that and he is getting old. I was super worried about dropping him off somewhere to be shaved. He is a lab mix with a really dense coat, and was shedding like a fiend, I was having to take apart my vacuum quite often because of his fur so I decided to get him clipped. Well, after a really good conversation with Rhonda, I felt totally at ease. She took her time with him and let him take breaks whenever he needed to, even laying down/sitting during his session. He looks wonderful too!! Btw, I had NEVER left him with a "stranger" before either. When I picked him up, he was wagging his tail and trotted right up to her after I said my hello to him, which tells me she was good to him. 🙂

Love this place! Always have my dog cleaned and groomed here. They never disappoint me it's always spot on right!
