Fantastic Groomer! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming to me and my dog. Quinn certainly knew what she is doing. I have been in Boston now for a year and I’ve finally found a quality groomer who knew how to groom my wire hair dachshund. I felt the pricing was completely in line with the grooming my dog received! Thanks so much.

D’Tails does the best job grooming my Havanese. They are meticulous and precise. He always looks adorable and smells wonderful afterwards. He seems super happy when I pick him up and walks with a renewed spring in his step. I suspect he really loves their treats. I would highly recommend.

Love this place, but my dog wants to leave the review: Ruh-roh… Huxley here I went to D’Tails Pet Boutique lookin’ like a shaggy street mop and left lookin’ like a distinguished Boston gentleman. The hoomans there gave me the full spa treatment — baff, fluff, trimmy-trim, and approximately 47 compliments about how handsome I am. (I counted.) Now my curls are curly, my paws are fancy, and strangers on the sidewalk keep sayin’ "WHO’S A GOOD BOY?" like they already know the answer. 10/10. Would sniff again. Extra treats for the groomers pls.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my pet, Olive, for grooming and a nail grind, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The groomer showed exceptional care and professionalism, ensuring Olive felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the appointment. The grooming was flawless, with Olive's coat looking shiny and well-maintained, and her nails perfectly trimmed with a gentle touch. I’ll be back!

The team at D’Tails from daycare to grooming have been taking care of my baby girl since we got her over 3 years ago. Unless I move out of the south end I would never choose anywhere else to go. They take such good care of her and make her look beautiful every time.

D’Tails is great. Dawn runs this neighborhood pet place very well, and we are consistently happy with Melissa’s grooming on our dog.
