PetSmart Grooming

Be sure your pet has an up-to-date rabies vaccine. We waited a week for a grooming appointment only to be turned down at the store because the cat’s rabies vaccine certificate was over three years old.

We have been going to Chelsea for a couple of years now. Check in and check out are a breeze, the staff is great, and Chelsea not only always does an amazing job, but she’s also just a really lovely human!

Wa have two cats that we have groomed for the summer with a "Lion Cut". Brooke did an excellent job and our cats are so much happier not having to deal with all that hair! Thank you!

Brooke and her team are amazing. I've been to many other groomers and know from experience how great they are in comparison. For what it's worth, I'm also a veterinarian completely unaffiliated with Petsmart and have been very impressed with their attention to detail. They have alerted me to issues with my animals that I was unaware of! You can't go wrong here.

We have a 10 year old rescue with separation anxiety and we have had positive experiences so far. She comes back pretty exhausted and has not exhibited any signs of distress after being at day camp. It is wonderful hearing that she plays well with the other pups since she is an "only-child" and is not around other dogs often. I was even able to see her get introduced to the other dogs in the playroom through the window upon check in, it relieved a lot of my nerves seeing her interact with them positively. The report cards are great and seem to be honest. If she has an anti-social day they keep her in a private suite and let us know that she preferred to be on her own that day. We recently moved from out of state and it has been wonderful having somewhere to take her that we trust when we have to be away for more than a couple of hours.

I came in to ask for some invader/pet snails for my assassin snails at home. Usually I get them for free. The lady I asked said "why do you need these" when I explained she simply told me "I don’t have time to help you or enough people. We are very busy and short staffed" I had seen 3 employees just standing around and only a couple customers in the store! She was incredibly rude. I’ll probably steer clear of this PetSmart and choose another one for my fish and snails.
