PetSmart Grooming

They’ve lost my business. The advertise the bathe and brush on their website as $50. My dog was in good shape when I brought him to them. I go to pick him up and without warning they charged me $90. That’s the cost of a full groom. They said he was matted but she didn’t even brush out the few mats that he had. I can’t believe what a scam this place is.

The WORST groomers! They totally ruined my dog! Also they worked on my dog less than an hour and expected to be paid $100? That’s not the price that was advertised either. They are dishonest and unskilled. Avoid.

I took my dog for grooming to the braintree location and booked the appointment online. They sent me back saying the groomer is out sick they didn’t call me or text to let me know that They rescheduled me to the next day , when I called to confirm my appointment they didn’t have it. And booked me again for the following day , The third time the groomer said that my dog had mats and she cannot take her in at all. From what I understand the groomers are responsible for any dematting. They wasted my time and if you’re a dog owner you know how booked the groomers are. Highly unprofessional service. Also the store has just one check out line at all times , big waste of time

Already twice bad experience in this place. For the first time, the dog did not seem to be sheared, just washed and laid down. The second time they cut it, but inaccurately, all the wool of the scraping, all of different lengths, sticks out in pieces. In both cases, they showed a photo of what kind of haircut we want to do, and both cases were completely out of place. We won't come back here again.
