Joe Dog enjoyed his day of pampering and looked so good and smelled so good. He arrived at his appointment time and Brock said he'd call or text when he was done. He gave me an approximate time he'd be done and I got a call right on time that Joe was ready. Cindy and Brock knew Joe from previous visits and were genuinely happy to see him and care for him! So happy to have them right here in Brandon! Thanks, Cindy and Brock!
I have been taking my Bernese Mountain Dog and my Great Pyrenees/Lab mix to the Groom Room for the past 4 years. I’ll keep coming back as long as I live in the area. Cindy and Brock are gentle and kind with my pups. I love how my Bernese is trimmed. They always smell so good after being groomed! I’d recommend this local business to anyone.
Super nice staff. They were able to get Amilia in for a trim right away and gave me some good nail trimming tips for her.
I stated several times that I wanted a certain hair cut. They said yes no problem. But when I went to pick up my puppies the cut was all wrong. And all they said is I forgot.
Love how friendly and flexible everyone is here!! My dogs always enjoy getting pampered and look amazing!!!
