Happy Tails Bathing & Grooming

It actually pains me to write this review, but it needs to be done. I took my Scottish Terrier to them to groom. I asked them to give him a cut like the last photo, with the face looking like such and the rest of the body an inch in length without the skirt on the bottom. A shaved dog with a butchered face is what I received instead. The groomer then tells me it's okay because he has a summer cut as if that's supposed to smooth things over. Summer is coming to an end soon and I really don't care because that's NOT what I asked for. Hope it was worth it for her to take my $80, because I feel robbed.

I will probably kick myself for doing this, but I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They were extremely responsive to our calls and we were able to get a grooming appointment for my 8 month old Havana Silk. I was terrified of the results as this was her first grooming and she had several mats . I expected to be told she had to be shaved, but no, to my surprise, Laura patiently teased out the mats. The results speak for themselves. Simply beautiful.

Laura and her team are awesome and The Boys (our 2 big black standard poodles) always look fabulous when they are groomed! 😃

I am so beyond happy with Happy Tails. We brought our cat who was very badly matted and they gave him a great great shave! AND HE SMELLS SO GOOD! You can tell he is so happy to have the mats off of him. And he looks so cute as a little lion boy. I would recommend happy tails to everyone and anyone. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our kitty. He looks great. He will definitely be back!!!!!

Continually impressed! My wheaten terrier goes in looking matted and smelly and comes out looking SO beautiful every time. Great price, friendly service, and happy pup! They also are very covid-safe. Thank you Happy Tails !
