Petco Grooming

Truthfully I have nothing positive to say ab this experience. I booked for a deshed and a sanitary TRIM and my dog got shaved. They did not even trim up her butt area. She came home flinching, which I’m assuming is from them holding her down to shave her because she does not like being on her back. Secondly - you don’t SHAVE a double coated dog, that’s just common sense I fear. I rarely leave reviews, but this is insane to me. I will never be returning and I will be calling management for a refund because this is awful. My dogs coat is ruined. Please do not come here

Lucien is a wonderful groomer and a delight to deal with. People say she gives our Shih Poo his best haircuts. Place seems clean and I never hear dogs whining and barking. They seem to schedule well to have minimal pet stress. Highly recommend Lucien.

Olivia had a really nice grooming experience. Miles, her groomer was really good with her. A very positive grooming experience. I was able to make an appointment online very easily. I received confirmation and reminders for the appointment. All very helpful.

First and last time at this location. The stylist that cut my dogs hair should not be allowed to work there. I asked for a teddy bear cut for a poodle mix (extremely common request) but she clearly rushed and did a horrendous job. Strands of hair, uneven spots, and wasn’t brushed out. I’m so sad, I’ve never had a bad experience at Petco until today. Would not recommend going to this location 🙁

Denise was amazing! From the time we spoke on the phone I already felt how sensitive and loving she would be. Met her with my 2 non stop barking pups and she was extremely patient and with a smile in her face at all times. She took some time to talk about hairstyles and cuts and I absolutely loved what she did with my shorky. I will absolutely place them in her hands again as it has been the nicest he has ever come out from a groomers.

It was our Hudson’s first grooming experience and he did wonderful and we are very happy with his cut The young lady was so attentive to him and made him feel safe and comfortable. She was fantastic. Making me feel very comfortable that my baby was in good hands meant more than I can say

The two young women helping me at the desk were amazing. Super patient with my anxious GSD. Super sociable and personable with me. I had high expectations. My dog came back great: smelling great, trimmed in problem areas, happy, nails trimmed.. BUT trimmed too short. My boy was bleeding for half a day from one of his toes from a bad cut. I was NOT informed of this when I picked him up. Everything seemed normal. Wasn't until he pawed at my leg at home that I saw the blood all over my work clothes. NO ONE SAID ANYTHING to me about his cut. Called the store and was received by the store manager. All I got was 50% off my next grooming and a lofty claim to "talk to the girls" before having them call me back. Never got a call back. 50% off, what? My dog's unnecessary pain and the groomers' nondisclosure? Thanks...
