Shear Canine

I have been taking my little terrier mix dog to Shear Canine for five years now. The dog was just a young puppy when I started taking her as she was a rescue during COVID. They always treat my dog so well and comment on how sweet and fun she is during her grooming. About half way between her grooming's (every three months), I can drop in and have her nails trimmed with no appointment. That is such a great thing as I would not attempt a nail trim whatsoever. If you are looking for a professional and caring place to take your K-9 friend, then I would definitely recommend Shear Canine.

We are new to the area and choose Shear Canine based off of their reviews and recommendations. Let's just say we have found our new groomer !!!! From the first phone call they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job of explaining everything and making sure our requests were understood. I love how they give the option to play with other dogs or if you prefer place in a crate. Our two shih tzu pups looked great and smelled even better. Thanks so much from Fred and Grady

My shih tzu has only been to the same 2 groomers for all 6 years of his life, but we're traveling for work and in the area for a few months and needed to find a groomer. I was worried because he has a lot of anxiety and I wasn't sure how he'd do in a new environment, with new people. But Jamie was awesome! His cut and bath were great but the best part was when we picked him up, he was jumping all over her, wagging his tail, and he even licked her face when she bent down to say goodbye. He NEVER does this with strangers. I appreciate the care Jaime, and the staff, took with my dog and will definitely be coming back!

This is my 2nd review for Shear Canine! We just adore Jamie and her team! We've been taking our 2 pups to Shear Canine for grooming for a few years. Our 15 year old poodle mix recently had some serious health issues, however she still needs to be groomed. I reached out to Jamie, hoping there were accommodations for senior pups with anxiety and or health conditions. Jamie was happy to accommodate our sweet girl! We're so grateful for the kind hearts and amazing staff at Shear Canine!

They did amazing on my little guy! He looks amazing! It was his first hair cut ever he’s only a year. I definitely will bring him back.
