Over The Top Pet Salon

I tried a couple places before I found over the top pet salon. Fernanda is awesome I always request her. She knows just what we like and my lil guy always looks amazing!! I definitely recommend.

Dog abuse!!! I took my two little shihtzu’s in today for their first time and Fernanda decided to pull my boy Milo up off the floor by his collar attached to his leash without picking up his body. So by his neck!!! He started screaming and yipping and she continued to pull him up by his leash. I looked at her in shock and told her I’m not comfortable with her grooming my dogs and she got extremely rude and stated I should go back to my mobile dog groomer. Do not bring your dogs here!!!!! What you responded back is a complete and total lie. My dogs were sitting there calmly on their leashes, and there was two other customers in the front that witnessed this. Maybe I should call the police and have them pull the camera footage and press charges against you and your Salon and talk to the two other customers that witnessed all of this and the bold face lie on your feedback here.

Nicole is absolutely wonderful! She is a sweetheart and is amazing at what she does! I brought my older cat, Hayes in for his first bath and brush (I felt like I was dropping my kid off at his first day of school), and not only did Nicole take great care of Hayes, but she was amazing with me (and my healthy amount of anxiety) without judgment. Thank you Nicole! Also, her nail trimmings are fast and easy. You can tell she enjoys what she does and loves animals!

Just bought a home here in Colorado and I have to say; the level of service here was outstanding, I called to inquire about an appointment and the phone only rang twice before being picked up, I was able to get my Border Collie in same day! Service was priced competitively and the atmosphere upon arrival was amazing. Walking in I was greeted with a smile and immediate attention! Picking up Atlas was exactly the same and he showed no signs of stress or anxiety which tells me he was handled firmly but with care as Border Collies can be stubborn when in new situations and/or routines. I’m very picky about quality service and this place has earned my business moving forward! I’ve included a photo of him after we got home from his time there, happy as can be and looking amazing!!!

Nicole always does an amazing job on our Oti Bear! His groom is perfect and she’s been very flexible with our ever changing schedule.

They did an excellent job with our new puppy Rufus. He was clean and fluffy and looked great! His nails looked great as well. We found our place. Hopefully going back today for his second time! 😊

Nichole is the best groomer! She’s been grooming my cat Adonis for years and he loves her so much. I’ve never seen a cat who loves to be groomed before, but he does! 100% recommend Over The Top pet salon!
