Please be careful with this business. Many demands are placed that allow the business to keep a pre-paid deposit and not render services. I would not be surprised if they end up in civil court, or have already. While the fine print and pre-payment "policies" are scary, what is even more scary, what is even more scary is that they do not honor or follow their own policies, even when terms are delivered in writing. The owner, Terri, is rude and combative. Taking care of animals is a calling, for everyone; both owners and caregivers. The manner in which Terri conducts business suggests that money is most important, over caring for animals and definitely over being cordial to their families. I’m sorry for the bad experiences Terri has suffered, but I cannot condone her taking it out on us or any new clients. Just proceed with caution please.

My mother took her dog to this establishment but unfortunately the customer service was rude. She was planning to take her dog in for a subsequent appointment but the owner canceled the appointment because she didnt receive squares confirmation the day before. My mother never got any confirmation notices from Square. The system must have malfunctioned but they will not own up to it. What it comes down to is that the owner is neither kind understanding, or accountable. We would not recommend doing business with them. Plenty of other options in town. Also dont wish me all the best. You dont mean it. I checked my mother's phone and there were no notifications or messages. We are looking forward to doing business with someone more flexible and a nicer person. You are neither

Terri is awesome! I'm sure everyone else there is too because Terri is such a caring person I know she wouldn't hire anybody who wouldn't meet her standards. I was very concerned that my six month old Goldendoodle would be a handful for her, but Terri knows just how to handle an anxious pup. She did a great job grooming my Honey, and her prices are VERY reasonable. I can't say enough good things about Calypso's Pet Salon, and this is where I will always take Honey for grooming. Thanks again Terri!

Best dog grooming experience both me and my dog have ever had in our lives. I’ve been in the pet industry for decades and Terri is THE most knowledgeable about dog and cat breeds, styles, behavior and cared for my 13 yr old Wirehaired Pointing Griffon with as much love as if it was her own dog. She respected my requests and offered helpful suggestions as well. I’ll never go anywhere else!!
