I don’t even know where to start, this place is amazing, they are very responsive, happy to do what they do and amazing at doing it. As soon as you open the door, you see nothing but smiles, Reva was our groomer and she was already waiting for us and genuinely happy to see my puppy, even gave us her personal cell for questions or concerns while she was grooming our Gumbeaux, because I was having a little of first-pawrent anxiety. She recommended a collar and abusing of that power I sent a text to ask again about the collar and she replied, isn’t that great customer service?! Both are amazing and forgot to ask the other Groomer’s name. We already booked the next appointment, we are gonna be their customer for as long as we live in Connecticut. Thank you!

I have been bringing both of my cats to the pet spa for more than 3 years. All of a sudden, they can't groom cats because moe no longer works there. I have never been told that my cat needed to be groomed with a cone and all of a sudden thwy can't see my cat. They are unaware that they work with animals and won't see me because my cat is, quote "semi aggressive "news to me. As I said, Moe treated my cats for years and never told me that the was aggressive. You would think that's important information to a customer, especially one who has been coming there for years. The staff have no idea what they are talking about or how to handle a frustrated customer. If I was you, I would take my pets elsewhere.

My partner and I were referred here by an acquaintance after having some issues with a pet store grooming place consistently not completing services. Our old girl can be a little cranky about certain parts of the grooming process and the place we used to take her refused to muzzle her and would just refuse service. I am so glad we decided to check out The Pet Spa. The staff is so friendly and you can tell they really care about the animals. Our pup has even gotten so comfortable with her groomer that they told us today she was able to complete the services with no muzzle and no growling from her either! It is such a testament to the time and attention they put into the pets they care for here. And the pet portraits are just the sweetest added bonus! We can’t recommend this place enough! We’ve been bringing our 2 large dogs here for nail trims for a couple years. The staff are all friendly, and they don’t make you feel badly for having a dog that’s not the best with nail trims. They’re very reasonably priced and they always take a cute photo of the dogs (very creative!).

Kind and talented groomers for your pet grooming needs. They do great work on my Dalmation. She comes out well groomed, smelling good, and happy from each visit. I would highly recommend them!

After going to PetSmart for awhile, we've found our new groomers. My Labrador was a shedding mess, and no matter how much he was brushed I'd have yellow hair all over my house. Hence the reason we tried Pet Spa. The service was great. Within an hour or so he was perfectly bathed, nails trimmed, teeth brushed, ears cleaned and most importantly....no more shedding! The staff was friendly and accommodating, as well, and the location is easy to get to. Highly recommended for all of the above plus the awesome pictures they take at the end!

I’ve been taking my dogs to the Pet Spa for over ten years. My puppers are twice rescued and have quirks that can make them hard to handle. The groomers at the Pet Spa work with such care and treat each pet individually. My pups never have an issue and always look great. And if there is something you want, they do their best to accommodate. I did try other groomers because I moved to the other side of town and thought, ‘why not’. I can tell you ‘why not’…because the same care and detail was not given at those other places. The Pet Spa is the best groomer around!
