I went here not long ago to see if I can get training for my puppy I looked inside the store because there’s people inside. I rang the doorbell so I can go inside ask questions and also buy stuff for my puppy This lady with long hair open the door and pushed me out the doorway to the sidewalk Lock the door behind her looked at my son. My son is quiet. He has his mask on because he gets bad asthma so I asked her about her dog trainer she’s telling me never seen my dog because I didn’t take my dog with me so she tells me that my dog needs all her shots and the dog gotta be fully vaccinated and everything so I told her in three days my dog goes for her last shot I would like to get information about her dog trainer. She looked at my son looked at me, and said that she cannot give me the information for the trainer so I asked her why she completely ignored me and she did not let me in the Store to buy anything for my puppy impression she gave me after looking at Me and my son. She didn’t even let me go in the store and buy stuff that I wanted to buy for my puppy I got the impression that she was discriminating me for whatever reason, I never met this lady and I felt very uncomfortable and I will not , recommend this place to anyone, and then when I walked away, she told me to go to Petco if this was not discrimination, then I don’t know what it was

This was very expensive for me but it turned out to be an amazing experience. Not only is Bash a great guy he is a brilliant trainer. In one hour he turned quality of life around. He really knew what to do with Christine and he was able to trouble-shoot all of our immediate issues.

Bash is a genius. He's the Cesar Milan of the East coast! I am very pleased woth the kindness and expertise advice I received while in the store with my dog.

Well I'm a say this place is great I been looking for a groomer because my puppy is really hyper no nobody wanted to cut his hair because of that but this pet shopping did and excellent job they kinda pricey, but I would recommend this place thank you bash and your sister

What a great place to do business! True personal attention, not like the big chain stores! Bash and Marrette are so skilled and knowledgeable.

Because of Bash we have the best dog, will be going back with every dog or cat we get. Thank you
