This groomer is the best I had to double tip her. She is patient and understanding. My dogs were terrified at first but she was very nurturing and gentle with my babies. We will not go anywhere else from now on! She’s our groomer for life!

This has been a stressful experience for me and my friend while allowing this person to groom our pets. First she had us waiting 20mins outside when we already had plans to come there at a certain time. That was just the icy. The real baking was that she didn’t even groom my dog as I wanted it and I had him groom many times before with a professional company. The mail wasn’t filed correctly, nor the hair trimming was done right, the face was too closely trim that you can see his skin. Now for the finale, she even gave our dogs yogurt in which she didn’t ask us to do so. My dog had the ribs for a couple days because of this. As you see by the photos my friend’s dog paws were bleeding just days later. This had never happen EVER!!!! We are not please at all with this service. I don’t know why others assume she did a awesome job when she couldn’t even handle four little dogs and she suppose to be professional. At the end of the day she had our dogs from 1pm til 8:30pm close to 9pm and her so called service close at 6pm. Plus she had the nerve to ask for a tip and a review. Well this is your review and we will never come back again. Don’t waste you time and money and energy into this mess. And if she says different she lying just to make herself feel like the victim.

They did a great job on my son! I love them! I have been using the services since i had my dog and they never fail me yet! I would recommend anyone and everyone to use their services! Great job kcs! I was so happy with the results she went above and beyond with telling me the foods that he should have they recommended the type of shower shampoo is best for his coat. They cut and filed down is nails perfectly and he wasn't shaking or in a panicking they really knew how to treat him well ...he was very pampered and i really appreciated how she always kept me informed about my baby marley

Had to doggie quarantine, she had not been cut for over a year. KC’s cuddle gave her the low cut needed and advice to maintain her. Will recommend.

She did an excellent job at helping my dog, I found out some information I didn’t even know. Very helpful great at communicating and I came in with my dog matted and Leo came out with a lot of energy and looks great! And don’t even get me started with the little tie she put on him! Will definitely be coming back again!
