I had a very good experience getting my dog groomed here. Joanne was nice and responsive on text coordinating appt and groom details for drop-off and pick up. There is a process of meeting at the door which is likely because knocking or loud sounds could startle dogs during grooming, so I understand that. We shared what we wanted with our yorkie mix in terms of a cut and in and he came out looking and smelling nice. Appreciated the experience and Tucker was happy too 🙂

I have been referred to Waggin tails by my brother who takes his beautiful ausi doodle here. My Bruno boy first experience first grooming and he entered giving Joanne kisses and left giving her kisses waggin his tail. He was very comfortable and looked so adorable and smelled great. Thank you Joanne for amazing work especially for his first grooming as a puppy. Bruno will be part of your family.

My baby girl Zaya had her first grooming appointment here and wow — I’m obsessed! She looks beautiful and came home so calm and happy. The groomer is super sweet and talented!

The only groomers for our Bailey. We have been taking our maltese here for his puppy cut for 14 years! Especially remember when she got the skunk smell off of him.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this business for quite some time, despite living a borough away, because I believed the service and professionalism were worth it. Unfortunately, this experience showed otherwise. When my small toy poodle was around 1 year old, I was told he passed temperament first, The very first time I brought him there it was said he alleged bit a worker, despite there apparently being no video footage available. At the time, I was specifically told that once he was older, we could try again. Now that he is 2 years old, I reached out and was initially told to bring him in, only to later be told the staff was no longer comfortable. Staff safety is obviously important, but the lack of professionalism wasted my time and made it clear that customer loyalty means very little here. If the decision was always going to be permanent, that should have been communicated honestly from the start instead of giving misleading expectations to a paying customer who continued supporting the business.

My name is Julianna: and my furr babies name is CUZZiE & he absolutely loves and adores Joann as much as I do! He knows when it's time for a hair cut! He legitimately runs to her as we turn that corner on Rhinelander ! Joann is such a warm welcoming beautiful woman inside and out and I am overly satisfied at the treatment she does for my baby she always makes time and goes above and beyond with her love and care for my baby! I will never stop going to her for cuzzies hair cuts! Her service is top tier and I would recommend any and everyone to take their furr babies to her!

Joann was so professional and knowledgeable! I came in with a puppy that was horribly buzzed at home , and Joann fixed her up perfectly to make her look perfect and so adorable! So much included for such a great price! Teeth , ears, nails, cut etc! Definitely coming back to her! Highly recommended! 🙂 we are so happy with how she turned out!
