Petco Grooming

I have no words for the horrible job. Apparently the groomer didn’t feel like brushing my standard poodle so she shaved him and only left the tail and ears and shaved his head. This is a poodle!!!! And if that is not bad enough, I was charged an extra fee for "brushing " I will be going back to speak with a manager and hope they refund the ridiculous amount I paid.

All staff and especially Regina who takes special loving interest in my dogs and always giving great care advise with a smile💗

Munchkin is a rescue dog with issues. Vicky was so understanding and patient with him. It was no easy job to do his nails. But, she did a beautiful job and made friends with him, too.

Staff is awesome Rebecca did a great job. My dog Jenni looked beautiful . Great experience.

Very thorough in providing the services you request. They are responsive to any requests. Grooming area is kept clean after each animal. Mobile groomers, you can't be sure of cleanliness of their equipment, mobile or grooming. They ensure any animal coming in for services is healthy and up to date with shots/medications.

2 furbabies, can watch the nail cutting as you wait. This store in Brooksville has 5 star and above rating as far as i’m concerned,

Mary has always bathed our pups. She is very welcoming, thorough, and patient. We appreciate her and Petco for their unwavering commitment and service.
