All Breed Pet Grooming

I had taken my dog about 3 times and each time, he comes back with the wrong haircut and a scarped wiener which has him struggling to walk for multiple days after. I hoped it was only a one time issue but it’s every time I went. I will not be coming back.

I have been going with them since my Chihuahua was 1 year now she is 19 years and my other doggy pit bull is now going there , very awesome and patients even the previous owners were fantastic!

They are very good. Inexpensive and did a awesome job on both of my boys. Even put a tie on them

Today was my first time going, honestly overall it was a great experience. Staff was friendly. My dog was really matted and they were able to do the hairstyle I had wanted. She came out happy as usual! I recommend them! Will definitely be going back!

This place is brutal and does not deserve a collective review of 3.5. I took my 3 to 4 month old puppy here for his first grooming experience and he came back home with bleeding around his pupils which only got progressively worse until I got him some treatment. As our first grooming experience, I brushed it off as hair getting in his eye or thinking he was crying a lot because he had never been without us, but months later (recently), I was scrolling through Facebook and saw several posts regarding this grooming place with many people reporting the same issues I had. If you love your dog I would suggest looking for a better place. Additionally, they put bows on him and gave him a female haircut when he is very evidently male. In the pictures I’ve provided you can see his haircut and in the last picture you can kinda see where the bleeding in his eyes was starting. I wish I could’ve gotten a better picture. You can find more reviews on Facebook and pictures of other dogs that have had bad experiences as well as claims of people saying the groomers choke or abuse the dogs. Update: 2 years later, just saw the owner replied to my review. It’s very upsetting when establishments "own up to their mistakes" by assigning blame. Additionally, I found much better groomers, easily too. At first withVID grooming but most recently with OMD grooming. They even give little pictures! And my dog has never again come out the groomers like he did at your establishment. Thank you.

If there was an option for ZERO stars that would better! Took my cat for the first time to the groomers, I usually bath him myself at home and can agree it’s very difficult to do but he really needed a hair cut which is why I decided to take him in. I advised the man at drop off it would be his first time and he does not like baths his response to me was that they would do their best but if they weren’t able to do the trim or he ever became stressed out they would call me, 3-4 hours went by and NO CALL?!! I decided to call and check up on his time left there. The man proceeds to tell me he was in the process of getting his bath but they were unable to trim him because he became too aggressive when attempting to trim him. It would be another 40 minutes till he would be ready for pick up. 40 minutes later I get another call by a lady advising it would be much longer because he was was giving them a hard time and was not allowing them to blow dry, a couple hours later I get another call advising if I would like to pick him up instead he was still very wet and had been put in a kennel with a fan to dry off but at this point he had been there from around 12:30pm-6:15pm no food intake all day very stressed out and could not be dried. When I arrive to pay the lady proceeds to advise me that they were unable to clean his ears, trim nails, put flee & tick medicine because he was very stressed out (cutting his nails should have been before the bath to begin with why would you leave his weapons on him? lol) regardless I asked her why didn’t anyone call me you have had him here all day stressed out sad and in a little tiny kennel, I was told if he was stressed I would have been advised to come pick him up no one ever called me???? Then I’m told cash only (which is really something you should say at DROP OFF NOT PICK UP lol) the lady tells me to assist in transferring my cat from their kennel to mine and when I go to get him I notice a cut on his face… I asked her why does he have a cut on his face and her answer was "it’s because he wouldn’t allow us to blow dry him" WAIT WHAT?????? So you had to abuse the cat???? I am a very understanding person & can agree cats are a handful and are nothing compared to dogs but clearly they are abusive to their clients animals, they do not care and they sure don’t know how to provide customer service. If you CAN NOT HANDLE "ALL BREEDS" don’t advertise like if you can, you should probably get a name change as well. Over all horrible & low quality service and the cut on his little face it CLEARLY FROM ABUSE TOWARDS THE ANIMAL shut your business down for the love of God.
