Pet Grooming by Raina LLC

Raina & staff are excellent at grooming our cat. She’s been getting bathed, hair thinned, nail, teeth cleaned for 5 years. Our tuxedo cat is a bit salty but seems to love going to get groomed by Raina! She is patient and the staff is great to work with as well. Highly recommend! Update: we were adopted by a 2nd kitty, Cheddar. He is a love bug! We got him when he was less than a pound. Even though he was too young to be groomed before his shots and neutering, Renah and her team have on boarded him as their new client as if he is their family. They have Lightle groomed him just to get him used to the process and used to the place and the staff. It is the sweetest process that I’ve ever experienced. Their love for animals is obvious and Customer Service is second to none. Cheddar is now ready for his first official grooming appointment.

I was searching online for a pet grooming place that could take cats, and give them that spa-like treatment. Lo and behold, I stumbled upon Pet Grooming by Raina LLC. Once I entered, it was a smooth process of doing the paperwork that was necessary to get my cat, Mynx, ready for her appointment. She behaved for the most part, but she did get a little rowdy, but it wasn’t too bad. From the nail clipping, haircut, and the bath she was given, I could tell that it was much needed, and she felt way more comfortable after everything was done. The owner, Raina, even gave Mynx an "all-hands-on-deck" treatment. She has a lot of patience with cats, and shows a ton of love since she has 3 cats of her own. My fur baby Sawyer 🐝 Bee the the Thumper, had her first grooming today and I was a nervous wreck. Raina and her staff, put me right at ease and allowed me to watch and after a couple minutes had complete faith in their care for my baby… I recommend her/ them 💯

We have been coming here since we moved to FL. Raina really takes the time to understand her clients wants and needs. She makes sure every pet is comfortable and groomed to perfection . My anxiety ridden dogs are always so happy to see me and not stressed. I love walking in the door and seeing the dogs socializing in the waiting area. She also does my chihuahuas nails. Not sure how, as she is a wiggle worm and antisocial. But, every time she manages to get them perfectly clipped and filed! We are eternally grateful to Raina and her staff!
