We hadn’t taken our 11-year-old Shorkie, Bozley, to a groomer in over four years due to a traumatic past experience elsewhere. From the initial quote to pickup, the customer service was exceptional. HPC isn’t just a grooming salon — it’s a true pet spa. The location is easy to find with plenty of parking. The salon is open, bright, spotless, and beautifully organized — it even smells like a spa. Their state-of-the-art equipment and calm environment immediately put us at ease. Bozley’s reaction at pickup said everything. He was smiling, tail wagging, and completely relaxed. It was clear he felt safe and cared for. Jasmine kept us updated with photos throughout his visit, which gave us so much reassurance. He was even calm and happy in her arms at drop-off! His groom was completed in about an hour, which was wonderful, and their pricing is very reasonable compared to others in the area. We’re so grateful to have found Hollywood Pet Center. It was our first time at Hollywood Pet Center for grooming and it was such a pleasant experience! Booking an appointment was super easy. Since we were new, we had no preference for a groomer. Luckily, Lulu was AMAZING. She came out to meet our pup and she went out of her way to text us updates during the appointment. She did an excellent job making my Havanese "dog shaped" again. Haha check out the before and after picture. Check out those symmetrical legs!!! His eyes are staring into our souls again! Haha Parking was also a breeze to find. Guess we found our new spot!

Absolutely amazing experience at Hollywood Pet Center for grooming! Everyone was so friendly and caring from the moment we walked in. They sent me pictures of my pup right away so I could see how Benji was doing, which made me feel so comfortable and reassured. They were also incredibly honest and helpful about what Benji actually needed — no upselling, just genuine care and great recommendations. Nell was Benji’s groomer and she was absolutely THE BEST! Benji looked amazing, happy, and so well cared for. You can tell she truly loves what she does. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring groomer! 🐶✨

Hollywood Pet Center is a gem. It had been 3 weeks since we rescued Luca and was worried about his first professional groom, but the staff here made it a breeze. The grooming itself was top notch perfectly even and exactly what I asked for but the compassion they showed my rescue dog was the real highlight. The employees had so much patience with Luca they went above and beyond. 5 stars for both the skill and the service!

From the moment you walk up to the storefront, it feels different--it's gorgeous, upscale, and spotless. Unlike other places that often have "that smell," this one truly feels like an elevated pet spa. A couple of months ago, I took my XL doodle to another groomer, and he came back looking like a completely different dog--uneven haircut and all. We were devastated, and even Oliver seemed unhappy and unimpressed. Fast forward to today: I picked him up from Hollywood Pet Center, and he looked incredible--clean, happy, and like the doodle he's meant to be. He was so comfortable there that he completely ignored me when I arrived and just wanted to play in their adorable play area. Pricing: Their pricing is completely transparent--no surprise add-ons or "extras" at the end. You truly get what you pay for, and in this case, it's worth every penny. Honestly, I expected it to cost more given how high-end the place feels, so that was an amazing bonus! Special shoutout to Jasmine, who took care of both of my pups with so much love and patience. The text updates she sent throughout the day said it all--you can truly feel that she does this out of genuine care and passion. I couldn't be happier and will absolutely be coming back! !

This was the best grooming experience I have ever had and I have owned dogs for 40 years. Yael, who is the owner, gave my Bearded Collie pup her first professional grooming and she did a fabulous job. Better than I could ever have hoped for given how matted she was. The Burbank facility is bright and clean and inviting. Really, I recommend this business without reservation whatsoever. An A-plus experience.
