Our dog got his best ever grooming so far with Stefani! The entire process is very personal and we felt like bringing our dog to a dear friend’s home instead of grooming salon where we sometimes don’t even know who grooms him and how he’s being treated there. From booking to communication to delivering the final work, we love that Stefani is our point of contact and she’s always readily available whenever we needed updates. And without asking, she keeps us informed how things going through the process. Even during the mere first visit, she already knows our dogs’s temperament and quirks quite well, which we have never experienced before with other groomers. We felt he went on a wonderful spa session rather than the usual unpleasant bath house and shaving factory. High recommend you give her a try and give your pup a retreat!

After a few terrible experiences at other grooming salons, my dog became extremely sensitive and fearful when it comes grooming. I was very nervous to try again, but Stefani completely changed everything. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding, taking the time to earn my dog’s trust. For the very first time, my dog wasn’t shaking in fear when I picked him up, and looking absolutely amazing - clean, perfectly groomed and happy! We met Stefani first through her grooming service. The experience was so above and beyond, we were amazed by her skill and detail orientation. We’ve been Stefani’s loyal client in her San Francisco Establishment for the past five years ever since Bilbo was out of puppy school. Stefani literally created a dedicated dairy for Bilbo which educated us how to be a good dog parent through this raising this dog baby journey. She is knowledgeable, professional, detailed-oriented and very determined to make dogs under her care live the healthiest, fullest and happiest life. We got daily sometime hourly updates from her about how our dog doing when it becomes socialization, resting and eating progress. And we get to know better what he likes or not in much deeper level. We feel he’s much better cared by her than us. She clearly knows how to best handle dogs and our dog just loves her so much. And her grooming is absolutely unmatched. Whenever we take our dog to park to walk, ppl keeps complimenting how good he looks. We know we are biased, but seems like everyone else think the same! We are soooo sad she moved to east coast, but will totally support her in any way. Highly recommend her to anyone who needs high standard grooming or dog sitting services.
