Our dogs make it plain what groomers they don't like. This is a place where we never have to do the pleading and bribing thing. They do a good job getting out matted knots without shaving. And they are reasonably priced.
My dog was there on Saturday. Sunday morning he kept shaking his head. When I looked I saw this! Took him to the emergency room and when the groomers removed the hair in his ears they also took skin with it. Both of his ears are raw like this. Very upset and I will be calling them to cancel all further appointments and to complain. He’s on an antibiotic and pain meds and has to wear a cone for the next seven days. I was reassured by the owner that he was in good care since I switched groomers to them because of another issue some where else. If this is what they call good care I don’t want to know what other care would be.
Just picked my long haired Aussie mix up and he looks STUNNING! I’m very impressed because I know he gets anxious at the groomers to the point I’ve had previous places charge extra because he was so difficult. She said he did great, but I know it’s because THEY did great and definitely went the extra mile to make him comfortable. They know what they are doing in there for sure! Will be back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a good local groomer
Terrible place don't bring your dog here. Very immature and unprofessional place. Was picking my dog up once and watched one of the ladies working here toss another dog in a crate and KICK the crate door closed. My dog was shaking of fear when I picked her up from her appointment. Go somewhere else! Would give 0 stars if I could.
This place and staff are literally THE best!!!! My dog Lola doesn't like other dogs and has anxiety and when I bring her in they always make sure she is comfortable and turn dryers off for her so it's not overwhelmingly loud. She is a strong dog and they do so well with her! We visit once a month for a pawdicure and I'm so happy I found this place!
Really pleased with my longhaired chihuhua "corey"groom today and will definitely bring him back for his next grooming. The staff was very nice and was able to get in right away.
I don't think I'd go anywhere else. Jenny and the girls are wonderful!!
