Groom and Play

So glad I took my dog here! They took their time with him to make him comfortable. He's a rescue so he's got a bit of anxiety. He did so much better here than the last place we took him. We definitely will be back now since he has had a great experience here. Thank you so much groom & play! Atlas smells and feels great!

I cant write a review on my two schnauzers grooming. But i can write a review on the proffesionalism or lack of. I made an appointment for 4/1/26 10:00. I guess it was a April fools joke on me. When i arrived at 9:45 was told i didnt have an appointment. So I just wanted my time and fuel.

We were in the salon for the first time, we liked the friendly staff, but they cut it badly that we didn't notice right away, they left the clumps uncut under the armpits and on the muzzle. They cut their moustaches without asking us! Although our dog is shorthair (Jack Russell). Without vibrissae (whiskers), the dog is partially disoriented, can become more irritable and even more aggressive. I think it is very important to voice this to clients before a haircut.

We blind booked our 120+ lbs Bernese Mountain Dog, Brodie a couple weeks ago and they not only did a great job, he's still smelling amazing almost 2 weeks later, the facility is awesome, clean and well equipped and more importantly the women who took care of us were sweet, loved their jobs and took great care of our dog, we will definitely be bringing him back!

Love this pup salon. My little girl looks and smells so good. The ladies who groom her are very sweet. They do a great job and I love the bows and bowtie

We have been bringing our Multi-poo to Groom and Play for about 4 years now. This place is the best and the only place my wife and I trust to groom our little guy. He always looks great and smells good after his 'spa day' and I love the little bandana he comes home with. And the appointment making process is very convenient and easy, just all around great place.
