PetSmart Grooming

Walked into the grooming area a few minutes before 6 to ask a couple questions before bringing my dog here. Nobody came out and after waiting 4-5 minutes I walked out to find an employee to talk to. I only saw 2 and they were both busy so I continued walking around until one of them had a free moment. In the back of the store I saw someone behind the desk for the pet hospital. Her back was turned and she was on her phone. I said "Excuse me?" and asked if anyone was working the grooming area. She turned around and obviously very annoyed said that if the lights are off then they've already left. I said "Well there are lights on and the door is open" but she was so irritated I asked her a question I just walked away. Great customer service. I understand being slow or short staffed but maybe lock the door, turn off the lights and making sure the sign says "closed" would probably help.

I had my goldendoodle groomed there on Dec. 14th, the groomer had to call me, I had to puck her up because she was choking herself in the kennel when they were drying her. I brought her back the next day after she was dried for her to be cut 1/2" all over. They called me too say she needed to be cut a bit shorter around the neck & chest. I picked her up and then back of her head, neck, chest, belly, butt, and paws were buzzed to short, not a little bit shorter. She is uneven in certain spots. They didn't take the time with my dog because time is money out of the stores pocket and its faster to just buzz the hair off. My dog's ears were not plucked of the hair and her ears were not trimmed. I brushed and combed my dog the night before and before I brought her on the bed cut the next day.

I recently moved from NY to Cape Coral and I needed to find a groomer. I saw a review recommending Savanah C and decided to book an appointment for her. It was my dogs first full grooming and I’m so glad I chose Savanah. She blew my expectations out of the water. I was shocked at how good she did I almost didn’t recognize him. I have 2 other dogs as well and they have never gotten such a great haircut like Savanah C did. If you book at this location book with Savanah C she is amazing.

Took my dog to Savanah C for his first grooming, and she did a great job. She gave him a nice bath and trimmed him a little. He looked clean, smelled great, and seemed happy. I really liked the results and will definitely go back.

Awesome service and quality cut. KJ was so patient and kind. She exceeded my own expectations as my poodle Zara had to be carried around.

For the last 17 years I’ve been going to Petsmart for all my pet needs and I had a 17 year old toy poodle that went through the obedience classes right up until he graduation form the "good citizen class". He was the best puppy well-trained & happy that I have ever had or seen… thanks to Pets-mart and there professional trainers. Now that I have a mini golden doodle puppy we’re going to start the same journey with Pet Smart training. She just completed her puppy training and graduated and in the fall will start the next class. They’re great, I can’t say anything other than they are awesome in every respect. Friendly helpful employees that smile all the time which makes me as a customer happy to see that.

Super nice hair cutting staff. Savanna really cares for the animals, and it shows. She keeps GSXR looking handsome.
