Social Paws Pet Grooming and Day care

My Yorkie Celia looks amazing and seems happy after being groomed here The owner is amazing she takes her time yes but that's okay because the finished product is what counts and if you're not happy she will make it right. Very nice person to deal with. Definitely will recommend her to anyone needing grooming. ❤️

WOW what a wonderful job the girls did. Both of my dogs are so difficult to trim and almost impossible to trim their feet. They look amazing and the girls even trimmed their nails. We will only bring our dogs here from now on. They really put extra effort & care into their work. ❤️

I am very angry right now for paying quite a lot of money for a bath. I called to see if they will make it right by groo.ing my dog which I paid fir but she didn't receive a groom at all!! I will update this in 24 hours if they call and make it right and actually groom her. I paid $70 for a BATH ONLY!! LETS SEE UF THEY MAKE THIS SITUATION RIGHT AND ACTUALLY GROOM MY DOG!! Update: They never called back to make a wrong right. When you try to call for an appointment, no one ever answers the phone. Never go back to this place again!! My dog never received a haircut, nails were no drummeled and not even sure if they did anal glands. Shes always there 5 hours a day they are just starting on her after 5 hours!! Not for me EVER AGAIN

They did a wonderful job grooming my dog. The family is very friendly and nice, it smells so clean inside the lobby and beautifully decorated. The groomer took her time getting to know my dog and gave her rest periods due to age. I would highly recommend them. 5 starts aren’t enough.

This Groomer is AMAZING!!! We took in our pup "Rocket" in as he was overdue for a cut. He came out looking perfect and the staff were so friendly and professional. The shop is so well decorated and they had a funny pet show on a flat screen while I waited for them to complete the finishing touches. If you’re looking for a groomer, GO HERE!!! Rocket will be a life-long client 🙂

Ornella did a great job grooming our girls. She bathed them, trimmed their paws and nails. They looked clean and fresh, and were very happy. Ornella was very accommodating and we were able to get an appointment really quickly. The shop was very clean. I highly recommend Social Paws/Ornella for your pet's needs. I dropped my pet off for 5 hours & went back. The ONLY thing they did was bath my dog. The hair was NOT cut, the nails were NOT drummeled or cut and nothing was done AT ALL. When I arrived, they took Mia to start grooming after 5 HOURS!!!!! I PAID $70 FOR A BATH!!! Her boyfriend was there waiting for her. This is NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. Most grooming shops in the Cape are done in a couple hours. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROOMER TO ANYONE EVER!!! This was the 2nd time I brought her there with the same results. If you want to wait 5-6 hours & go to pick up your dog and the only thing done was a bath fir $70, be my guest. I dont believe the other reviews anymore bc this is the 2nd time it's happened at this place. There will never be a 3rd. There are a lot of other groomers in the Cape who actually DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO DO...GROOM YOUR BABY!!!!
