Dawn’s Pet Palace

This is the first time for our Shih Tzu Rocket, at Dawns. The before picture waiting for his spa time and the after. I can see his eyes again! I happen to like my Shih Tzu cut really short and Dawn did a great job. She allows time for the dogs to relax in between each process the grooming. We will definitely be returning.

My puppy is 5 months old and was brought in for her first grooming experience with Dawn. My puppy tends to be shy and frightened and often bites when she is stressed. Dawn was so gentle with her the minute I handed her over. My puppy looks AMAZING, smells amazing and was happy after her grooming appointment. Dawn did an amazing job with her and we will definitely be coming back! I have attached before and after grooming pictures of my pup to see what a difference Dawn made!

Took my mini schnauzer Asher to Dawn’s Pet Palace, and they did an amazing job! He looks so handsome, and the groomers were super kind and professional. He came back happy, fluffy, and smelling great. Returning & Recommending!

After moving to the area..My brother told me about Dawns Pet Palace! The minute i walked in the door I couldn't help but Smile!! The place IS literally a Palace!! Wonderful Decor, and radiates Love, Fun, and dedication. And Dawn herself is also a delight. I 100% recommend Dawns Pet Palace ! Your dog will come home happy and at ease. 💙

We had read great reviews and this place was a few blocks away from our new home. Dawn told my wife that our mini poodle would be $60 and set an appointment for 11am. When we dropped Apollo off to be groomed, we were told we could pick him up at 2pm. We scheduled other appointments around this time. My wife checked in at 2pm and was told Dawn was behind schedule, and we would need to come back later. We came back later and were told it was going to be $80, but she would knock $10 off for being so late. My wife reminded her that she was quoted $60 but Dawn refused to honor her word. She would not give my wife our Apollo until she paid the $70. Normally we tip very well, but because of the principle here we left no tip. Needless to say, we will never come back here. If you do choose to come here, do yourself a favor and get your quote I writing.

Dawn is a good professional Dog Groomer.i have been taking my little dog there for 2 to 3 years.This last time my dog bit her.i don't know if she was in a hurry with him.

Unfortunately first impression are lasting impressions, I’ve heard good things but this place isn’t very professional. From making an appointment there is no structure, just bring your dog in with no official appointment time. Then to the lack of communication is very annoying. I finally get an appointment where my time slot is " when they open" at 9. So when I am getting to the appointment and arriving to a sign stating they’re closed for the day do to plumbing which I can understand but to receive No call no email no nothing as a warning and when she sounds like she has multiple dogs getting dropped of cause she said she thought she called everyone but obviously missed about 3 other customers that arrived to the sign aswell. She is obviously overbooking herself if she cannot maintain the amount of appointments they are scheduling, I’m sure she’s great but lacks professionalism.
