Happy Hounds Dog Grooming

Took my dog here for the first time hoping to find another grooming option. I picked my dog up only to find several cuts and nicks on her belly, chest and under her arm. I had to treat my dog for cuts she sustained. I was completely horrified by my experience. The owner Ray was not very apologetic asking if my dog scratches herself etc.. I asked for a refund and she only gave me half my money back. Beware of this place if you care about for your pet!!

Groomer did a great job! My dog is usually nervous when it comes to nail trimming but she handled her well. I saw her have to handle a really matt dog and her rude owner who didn't understand that they had to cut it down all the way. Some people don't know the consequences of their own actions affect their dog! Definitely will be back.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE she cut my baby poodle on he’s ear and chopped all around he’s hair when i told her very clearly to call me if any problem’s and she didn’t so to her it was all about making money and NOT listening to my instructions very disappointed’ ps don’t be stressed just go to Pet Smart

Took my pup her for bath and sanitary trim. He was a happy pup and smelled good. Nails clipped, bathe, brushed and trimmed.

They made a mistake on my appointment and offered to reschedule me. I’m glad I came back cause they did an awesome job to my doggo.
