We’ve been coming to Amanda for cat grooming for about a year now and couldn’t love the experience more. Our cat is on the older side and struggling a bit to groom herself while we’re working on weight loss, so we bring her in every six weeks for a sanitary trim and nails as well as a rare bath if she needs one. At first she was not thrilled, but at this point she knows the drill and seems pretty comfortable with the experience, if unenthused. I REALLY appreciate that Amanda seems very competent and comfortable with cats specifically; it was extremely difficult to find anywhere that seemed to take them at all. We had to bring Mitzi in for a non-grooming visit first just to get acquainted in a low stress environment and that was a huge green flag for me. I love that they schedule things to minimize or eliminate running into another pet when we come in, so it’s a low-stress experience and she’s in and out in 5 minutes flat most days. Amanda also has caught a couple developing health concerns that even our current vets (who we weren’t impressed with) had missed, so we were able to get her checked out and treated quickly. She definitely is paying attention to overall wellbeing of the animal and not just trying to force a groom and get it over with. We love it here and will continue making the trek from Clayton as long as Amanda is around!

The service here was incredible. My cat received the bathing service and she hasn't smelled so good in months! After getting her back, I was informed on how everything went and the next steps for future service down the line. I will be returning and looking forward to my next visit.

Piper is highly anxious and this was her first grooming session. I had zero concerns trusting the team at Mosa since they also groom Piper’s older and opinionated brother, Pirate. It was no surprise when I picked up a beautifully groomed Piper.

I absolutely love this place for grooming my dog. They are professional, efficient, and so kind. I also feel like the prices are super reasonable for how much care they dedicate to your dog's experience! I drop my dog off knowing that she is safe and very well taken care of. They listen to your needs and preferences. My dog always seems eager to get here and happy when we leave! I will continue to be a returning customer!!

UPDATE: I have now taken all 3 of my dogs and my fosters here and the staff is incredible! Even our chihuahua who hates all living things has been able to be bathed and nails trimmed here so they deserve some type of award honestly. Adorable shop and very nice, patient staff. I have a flaily pittie who doesnt like her nails being cut but MOSA staff managed to do it and offered to work with her to help her overcome hear fear and push back her quick which she desperately needs!

I brought my dog Xena to Mosa for a bath as she was experiencing skin irritation due to allergies. I can't express how grateful I am to Amanda for her incredible help! She was not only knowledgeable and professional but also very gentle and caring with Xena. Amanda took the time to understand my concerns and provided advice on how to manage her skin issues. The experience was wonderful, and Xena came out looking fabulous and feeling much better. I highly recommend Mosa pet spa to any dog owner looking for quality care and a personal touch!

I brought two of my kitties in for grooming and they did such a good job! I was worried there wouldn't be enough time to address the places that were too matted for me to take care of at home but they finished up before the appointment time even ended. My kitties seemed more peaceful after grooming and slept all the way home. The groomer also helped with recommendations for how to take care of preventing matts better at home. I'll definitely be going back!
