We LOVE this place and all of it's employees! Rock (our spoiled Lab) has been going here for many years. He is treated like a member of the Royal Family! If you're looking for a place that will treat your dog - and you - like a King or Queen, this is the place!
The way they chopped and screwed my shih-tzu cut. Then the cashier soliciting tips for a TRASH job. Show people there dogs before begging. In Atlanta I’ve always seen my dog before paying. Also my dogs nails were not cut and his mustache was still folding in his mouth. After paying I stood in the waiting area & the groomers had a full conversation while grooming and left me waiting for my dog. Very unprofessional. No eye for detail and no sense of customer service and reading the room. Do better.
We have 3 dogs and have been customers here for about a year. The employees here do a great job keeping our dogs looking good and happy while being groomed. They are also friendly and communicative.
My daughter was visiting from out of town. We needed a grooming appointment on short notice due to the holidays. We were able to get a last minute appointment with stylist Eternity. When we arrived, my daughter showed her a picture of exactly how her dog is usually cut with specific instructions. Eternity did a fabulous job!! Thank you so much!
