I've been to multiple groomers around the country & I've never had a more difficult experience than with this company. I booked an appointment for 3 dogs. I was 15 mins late due to the traffic from the Monks - Walking For Peace.. They first claimed they couldnt do a full grooming for one of my dogs due to being late. After going back and forth for 15+ mins, we decided my shihpoo could not get a cut. Fine. Before I left I gave them my number (wrote it down) & I called 2 times to see when my dogs would be ready - even requested for them to call me (they had my Grandmother's number on file). They said they would be ready at 2:30. When I called back around 4pm they claimed to text my Grandmother's number & they've been ready since 2pm. There was no accountability. And their customer service was difficult & unwelcoming. I Will Never Be Back.

We have been loyal customers for many years, but will likely look elsewhere. Lately, we have had problems scheduling appointments. This has happened three times. The first two times, the owner claimed we had the wrong appointment time until we showed him his email confirmation. We were forced to adjust our own schedules, which was frustrating and inconvenient. This last time, the owner cancelled two hours before our appointment. He claimed to have sent a text message, but we are careful about these things, and we did not receive it. While it was understandable that the groomer had a personal emergency, the owner made little effort to accommodate our schedules even though we were going on vacation, and the problem, once again, was on his end. When I said that we were thinking about finding another groomer due to these issues, he actually suggested that we leave. We have been loyal customers for a long time, and you would have think he would have made an effort to keep our business. Although this dog grooming business does a great job, the owner’s attitude was unacceptable.

This is my second time coming to this location and have been unsatisfied with my dog's nails. I specifically communicated to the groomer that they be shorter because they're way too long. It looked like they were hardly touched. I spoke to.the groomer beforehand and she assured me that she'd call if there was any difficulty with trimming nails. She informed me that this was okay and would call if there were any issues. I never received a call and this is how they looked during pickup. This is the second time that this specific issue has happened at this location. We will not be returning.

Laura always does a great job grooming our two beagles and chihuahua and is very patient with them. We are so happy to have Laura grooming our dogs.

All 10 star experiences. We have a 100 pound malamute who is a princess and particular about groomers. She absolutely loves it here and her groomers. They always do a great job which is difficult on winter dogs with double coats

Amazing experience for our puppy! We had a mini groom to start getting our puppy used to the groomer, and then a few weeks later, did a full groom. I had low expectations for the full groom since our puppy is very high energy. But she came back looking amazing and feeling silkier than ever!

I have been a customer of this location for a number of years and have always been satisfied with my experiences–however a series of bad grooming appointments (three in a row) has forced me to take my dog elsewhere. Most recently, my dog was returned to me with an incomplete haircut and still smelling like he was never given a bath. Upon trying to rectify the situation with the front desk, I was met with denial and attitude over my complaints. I tip generously and am kind to staff, however I am not willing to pay as much as I have for an incomplete and poor job. Unfortunate, but we will be moving on.
